If/When/How 20th anniversary poster design.
If/When/How, a reproductive justice non-profit, reached out to me to design a poster and merchandise for their 20th anniversary celebration. They asked me to utilize their brand colors, incorporate flowers and herbs used for self managed abortions (Juniper, Chamomile, Queen Anne’s Lace, etc), and show the “changing faces” of reproductive law. With these constraints in mind, I designed a poster, a tote bag, and a button for their event.
If/When/How 20th anniversary “Chamomile” button design.
For this assignment, I illustrated a “garden” of faces, intertwined with Juniper, Chamomile, Queen Anne’s Lace, along with the language requested by If/When/How: “To change the law we have to change who creates it”. I created both a vertical aspect ratio for the poster and a square aspect ratio for the tote bag design. It was a pleasure to work with If/When/How and support their 20th anniversary celebrations.
